Srikant Rao is the President and CEO of Affordable Business Solutions.

Srikant is an Alumnus of The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

He started his career with the TVS group handling Project Management and Materials Management functions at Sundaram-Clayton. He then moved on to manage the Regional Sales function for TVS Electronics and set up a multi-tier sales and distribution structure in Karnataka.

Subsequently, as Business Manager – International at Microland, he launched the COMPAQ brand in India. He then moved on to AT&T/NCR and handled an Asia-Pacific Regional Sales position.In his last assignment, prior to co-founding Affordable Business Solutions, Srikant - as the Country Manager of BEA Systems India - established the Indian Operations for BEA Systems.

Ravindra Kini (Kini) is the Director and COO of Affordable Business Solutions. Kini is also the Director of EAI Technologies Private Limited, the System Integration and Education Partner for leading software companies.

Prior to his entrepreneurial role, Kini worked in various organizations like Karnataka Oilseeds Federation, Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), ANZ Information Technologies, AT&T/NCR and Ampersand. In his last two assignments he was the Country Controller at NCR and the Chief Financial Officer at Ampersand Software Applications Limited.

Kini is an Associate Member from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants, Kolkata and holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the Bangalore University.
