Balanced Scorecard driven discovery for Business Analytics

1. 3-half day onsite workshop involving the CEO and HODs which includes half day of orientation on Balanced Scorecard and on-going engagement throughout the discovery through phone, email, Skype call and 1-0-1 discussions.
2. Arrive at strategic objectives of the CEO and HOD. The strategic objectives will be inward and outward focused. The inward focused objectives will be for Financials and Departments/ Processes. The outward focused objective will be Customers and expected perceptions.
3. Arrive at the Performance Measures/ Indicators and Targets for each of the strategic objectives.

Key Deliverables:

Build and Rollout of visualizations and reports using BI tools.

1. Documentation of the Strategic Objectives of the CEO/ HODs.
2. Documentation of Performance Measures/ Indicators and Targets for the CEO/ HODs.
